I ran into an issue with Get-AzureRMResource discussed here. Installing the Powershell Az Module & replacing the command with Get-AzResource solved it for me. Also considering that AzureRM will stop getting bugfixes & support in December 2020, it's probably a good idea to update these scripts to use Az module.
