This commit adds a converter tool capable of converting SCAProject libraries (CW or ot_trace_library) into a zarr database. This can be useful when experimenting with other SCA libraries, e.g., decryptofy/scarr. Signed-off-by: Pascal Nasahl <[email protected]>
