TWRP device tree for Doogee V30 - Dimensity 900 - MT6877 - A12

This device tree have encrypt/decrypt mode activated for test because boot.img has 40MB. The tester only install boot-M23-A12-2023MMDD-hhhh.img test file to know if TWRP can start.
