Create organization from the CLI - after using the
logincommand, if you are the first user to log in and your org is a non-free domain, such as livecycle.io, you'll prompt with a name selection for your organization, along with the option to associate your organizational domain, so future users will be automatically added to your org.This PR is dependent on some server-side changes on Livecyle-SaaS project
