  1. Made each contract it's own workspace so that we can have different ink! versions in contracts. Wrapped LLD is already bound (by the fact of being deployed in prod) to a relatively old version.
  2. Added deploy instructions in contracts/README.md
  3. Added msig_court README.md
  4. Added msig_court artifacts
  5. Added verification instructions to Wrapped LLD contract
