[WIP] dt-bindings: dma: dw-axi-dmac: Increase DMA channel limit to 16

The first DMAC instance in the StarFive JH7100 SoC supports 16 DMA channels. FIXME Given there are more changes to the driver than just increasing DMAC_MAX_CHANNELS, we probably need a new compatible value, too. Signed-off-by: Geert Uytterhoeven <[email protected]>
