New Features:

• Added octave spread. Check the README for more info.
• The ALT knob now controls the offset of the signals for asymmetric wavefolding.

Improvements:

• The fundamental frequency now is fixed to a value so that it is consistent with the definition of the harmonic series.
• The scaling of the gains of the partials have been adjusted.
• The range of the wavefolder has been increased.
