Changes for this release -
Allow for unknown texture format of the sender.
Allow for sender widths that are not a multiple of 4.
SpoutCamSettings text entry for "Starting sender" scrolls if the text is longer than the entry field.

Download SPOUTCAM_21-03-23.zip below
Unzip to any convenient location
Refer to readme.txt for options
Run SpoutCamSettings and allow administrator access
If you see an "Un-Register" button, click to unregister existing SpoutCam
Click "Register" to register the new version.
