Add IAMDroppedFrames declaration to prevent query problems.
Allow for receiving from Directx 9 senders.
Add options for image mirror, flip and swap RGB<>BGR.
Requires SpoutCamSettings - Version 2.005 or greater.

o Download SPOUTCAM_07-10-20.zip below
o Unzip to any convenient location
o Refer to readme.txt for new options
o Run SpoutCamSettings and allow administrator access
o If you see an "Un-Register" button, click to unregister existing SpoutCam
o Click "Register" to register the new versions
