Objectives

• Rewrite the admin forms of PetroglyphsMap (actualy in PHP)
• Completly rewrites the forms of archeobases/bego
• Merge both projects

Completly Alpha stage : * Name of the project will most certainly change * Database structure is not fixed * No Mapfish support yet
