This is a Major Change to the Repository, where by following the given instructions: https://docs.cohere.com/v2/docs/migrating-v1-to-v2, I have migrated
ChatCohereandCohereEmbeddingsto use the API V2. Moreover, I have changed the_CohereToolsAgentOutputParserto make use of the API V2.However, I will be needing help to not only do a Major Review of this PR but also help in modifying the tests.
