2.0-pre1

Pre-release of Geodesy 2.0. This version is a brainchild of ilmango's two day stream of drudgery, bringing the following to the party:

• Automated top trigger wiring.
• Semi-automated side trigger wiring - designed by ilmango.
• Automated water collection system.
• Dramatically cheaper construction - absolute minimum of obsidian used; can be replaced with barrels etc.

NOTE: With this pre-release, the README is out-of-date - it will be updated along with the official release.
