Introduce target selector

The target selector is a better (and more aligned) experience with homeassisstant - and also means you can select an entire area at once (rather than one-by-one)

Care was made (and tests added) to ensure previous configuration migrates forward appropriately (you should see your previously selected entities appear within the new component)

Effect speed slider

This release includes a slider to specify the effect speed of your party lights. Thanks to @Majumafoo for requesting this functionality 🙏. Other small changes include a bug fix (fallback) for copying to clipboard, and some UI tweaks.
