Updated IEEE TGRS Submission
Version 1.1 of pySR is associated with a manuscript submitted by @ajutila to IEEE TGRS for review. This release includes a new picking algorithm developed by @ajutila to address unique aspects of the AWI datasets (Variable altitude, 2-18 GHz bandwidth). A significant restructuring of the methods is also included allowing testing of multiple pickers and distributed processing in cluster environments (@kingjml and @m9brady).

This v1.1.1 release is a bugfix to v1.1.0 that contains no changes to the main pySnowRadar code
