IE error tracking, Bower and NPM support

This release allows anyone to install gatrack much more easily, via Bower or NPM.

bower install gatrack
npm install gatrack

This also adds better error handling and tracking in IE6/7/8 because, hey, we all know who is actually causing all the errors.
