This PR is an upgrade to Bevy 0.14. I opened this in draft for now, as it depends on my own branch for
bevy_ggrssince we seem to be blocked on them updating first. See gschup/bevy_ggrs#111.The changes are pretty trivial, just version bumps (also updated
serde_qswhile we're at it), an addedbevy_statefeature for Bevy, and some color and meshing changes.
