Very nice! This was desperately needed!
I decided to use this as an opportunity to further standardize the layout of all those options (on top of the work you have already done)! So, now the layout and functionality should be consistent across all the options pages.

Add titles to all configuration pages and unify the layout of the pages.
Additionally adds a back-button to those pages.
