Update:

• Packer image: PR chore(updatecli): track the official jdk21 version instead of earlyavailable packer-images#839 was merged.
  • Note that it was required to also change the shell script code along updatecli with feat: Bump JDK21 to Temurin 21+35 LTS version packer-images#860
  • Released in https://github.com/jenkins-infra/packer-images/releases/tag/1.32.0
  • But not deployed to production yet (ref. Revert "Bump packer agent templates version to 1.34.0" jenkins-infra#3126)

• Packer image with 21+35 GA was deployed, followed by an update to 21.0.1+12 GA, deployed by Bump Packer Agent Templates (All-In-One) Version to 1.38.0 jenkins-infra#3149
• The PR for JDK21 (except GA) for puppet (controller and build agent) is ready: feat(*.ci.jenkins.io) use JDK21 GA (exception of s390x sticking to EA) jenkins-infra#3113
