Overall a very good job! I feel like the 'Set Links in the Categories-Index of README.md' in TODO is a must before this pull request can be merged.

Well Im not into that Github .md stuff. I don't have the links till you merge, because I only have the links of my Fork and I don't have the ones that are valid when you merge. I only can guess how the links will be,so it might be easier if you merge and simply copy the new links into the README by yourself. |

I restructured the repo and sorted the entries by name.
I also made some categories in the .md-files to make it easier to find stuff.
There is a uncategorized category in ModdingTools which has to be sorted in future.
Also you have to add the links to the files and categories in the new files in README.md!
Thanks for the collection.
