EntityManagerFactory can be binded by setting the jboss.entity.manager.factory.jndi.name property in persistence.xml or by customizing web.xml or ejb-jar.xml

In additition upgrade KIE/Drools/jBPM from 6.0.0.Final to 6.0.1.Final ported to this branch
