Allow remote navigation

Allow a navigator to control a remote one.
Setup an interceptor, that is loaded for each page loaded,
intercepts click, scroll events and forwards to remote nav.
Usage: npm run-script run
Open a navigator and go to: http://{hostname}:{port}/http://{url to go}
Start navigating the site
