bug: Close Jan does not close Nitro on Windows

CPU: i7-12700
CUDA: 12.3 Driver Version: 545.92
RAM 32GB

Describe the bug
Closing Jan app doesn't close Nitro entirely.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create any chat with local LLM with 4096 tokens (should use chat like tell me a long story about a hero)
2. Close Jan
3. Check the Task manager
4. See error

This will lead to a long model load in the next message after closing Jan (due to the Nitro still process the before queue

I think we can close this since @vuonghoainam fixed it in PR #975 and I did a QA on v0.4.0-41
