This is a fine start to show humans that this library doesn't track the user at all. However, there is no clear indication of where or how to add the xcprivacy file to a Swift Package that includes only source code (no compiled xcframework).

A couple of nice Apple Dev Forums posts that ask the question, but currently have no answer:
