Disabling automatic HTTPS redirection

This is the first release of FH5RP. Data is limited for what's shown (unless you go to the Debug page) and the rich presence is hard-coded to show your current speed.

There's no public information on the data structure that the game sends out, so the setup is copied from the (also lackluster) FH4RP project I made a while back. Some of the info sent from the game is completely incorrect.

If you're familiar with FH4RP, that project ran as a simple console application with limited data. FH5RP is now a web application that runs locally on your PC and accessible by any device on your local network. Open the URL that is shown in the startup messages to view it!

There is also currently no way to get the car make/model/year yet. Working on a solution to that.
