* I've noticed that lists themselves generate a lot of anxiety as they grow
* so lists of articles to read, lists of bookmarks open, all create a feeling of &quot;being behind&quot;.
* currently trying a thing out where I save an article to `Pocket` as soon as I see it and then schedule time at the end of the week to read it.
* by that time if it's still interesting I'll actually sit to read it otherwise I can discard it
