(SP: 2) Close cooperation process

1. Add possibility for a student to close a cooperation.
2. When a tutor or a student clicks the close cooperation button, a confirmation window occurs. A user clicks "Ok" and cooperation status is chaged to "Request to close".
3. If a cooperation field needAction is equal to the user's role and the cooperation status is equal to "Request to close",
   the user sees a block with an invitation to close the cooperation. A user clicks the accept button, after that the cooperation status is Closed
