- localstorage => storage に変更
- useEffectを一部分ける
- 仕様上errorはあり得る(notificationの通知が来る前に(coordinateが変更される or 他シュミレーターにpostされる))ので異常系として吐き出さないようにする
- forcecarryの通知時間を調整
