Used to know the location of the neighborhoods can determinate what districts are habitable.

Delivery Description

This is the final delivery. In this final version the user can find all the functional requirements: visualize the top district table by any option choosen by the user; see the different districts on the map and know where is the NYU stern; export the table information in a CSV file;and visualize charts showing the table's information in a graphical form (the charts are update after the user change the option). The navbar is usable now.
