1. fixed testnet chain_id issue

How to install?

1. Download the xxx.crx file.
2. Go to chrome://extensions/.
3. Turn on developer mode at the top right corner.
4. Drag and drop this file to chrome://extenions page.
5. Confirm to install.

If your chrome doesn't support to install crx file, you could change its suffix name to .zip and unzip it. Then go back to the chrome://extensions/ page and click the Load unpacked extension button and select the unzipped folder for your extension to install it
