- Attendance: Marina (BRIN), Yudi (BRIN), Pier Luigi (OIH), Doug (OIH), Jeff (OIH)
- Discussion pre-meeting:
- Jeff: maybe we should hold a workshop there
- Marina: this would be great, as sharing data is difficult here
- Jeff: maybe at SE Asia workshop
- Marina: yes, participants from NODCs from Indonesia, Thailand, etc. as well as OIH team members
- Jeff: the BRIN team could explain their architecture, and why they chose it (and problems hit)
- Agenda2: next steps for connecting Ina-NODC GeoNode catalogue with ODIS
- Jeff: has noticed many catalogue layers have recently updated keywords, description: https://github.com/iodepo/odis-arch/commit/c651ea8db03c0395f2dfe19d9f7b98beafe58aed
- Yudi: yes the metadata is being updated
- PL: it's really encouraging to see these changes, and the fact that they can be detected by OIH and other ODIS partners
- Marina: we can send you a table of the layer metadata status, that we are using to track the changes
- PL: is the BRIN team comfortable with the OIH/ODIS workflow?
- Yudi: we are learning the process
- we have been assigned by the ministry of ocean affairs to this
- we have to explore everything, to hand it over at some point to another team
- PL: this should be all well documented, then it can be sustainable
- PL: ODIS is a demonstration of what is possible. ODIS members are very important
- Marina: will share the 39 row table with Jeff
- Jeff: ok, I will provide feedback on the table
- Next meeting date
- 14 June @9pm Jakarta
