In g10, sometimes when a resource has an effectivePeriod instead of effectiveDateTime, it will not show the effectivePeriod that doesn't match the search.
I've tried to duplicate the error in an rspec test, using the resources that have been observed to fail as an example, but it seems to error correctly locally. See ticket for link to example failure cases (in Pregnancy Intent group)
