Summary
Fix the generator template so that the description is formatted correctly to fix bad markdown in test kit. Before the fix, many of the tests had the Background header incorrectly formatted so that it showed
# Backgroundas the header rather than Background in the header format.Testing Guidance
You can run Inferno locally and make sure that all of the test kit pages have descriptions that are properly formatted.
