With the new config setting archive_media set to true, media files will be archived as well as the toot JSON. Files are saved to /example.com/original/path/to/media.extension

Includes:
#73 - add media archiving feature
#75 - add test and bump dependencies

Upgrade with pip install --upgrade ephemetoot
