This application used to be called PulseEffects but it was renamed to EasyEffects after we started to use GTK4 and replaced GStreamer by native PipeWire filters.

The user has full control over the effects order. Just use the up/down arrows next to the plugin label at the left side. To be able to use all plugins you must have the following installed in your system:
- Linux Studio plugins. Version 1.1.24 or higher.
- Calf Studio plugins. Version 0.90.1 or higher.
- libebur128. For Auto Gain.
- ZamAudio plugins. For Maximizer.
- zita-convolver. For Convolver.
- rubberband. For Pitch Shift.
- RNNoise. For Noise Reduction.
- libsamplerate
- libsndfile
- libbs2b
- fftw
- speexdsp
- nlohmann json
- tbb

Flatpak packages support most Linux distributions and are sandboxed. EasyEffects Flatpak also includes all available plugins.
If your distribution does not yet include packages required to build EasyEffects Flatpak is a convenient option.
