Whitepaper Downloads have different formats https://www.aldevron.com/download-eliminating-antibiotic-resistance-gene-transfer-risks-in-cell-and-gene-therapies https://www.aldevron.com/download-gene-and-cell-therapy-planning-for-manufacturing-success-early | Can we follow a consistent format for Whitepaper download pages? | 1. Standard Header and Footer on all pages including download pages and thankyou download pages 2. Standardise the downloads landing page using the page (https://www.aldevron.com/download-eliminating-antibiotic-resistance-gene-transfer-risks-in-cell-and-gene-therapies), with the standard background. 3. On the landing pages, make the content align vertically top so that the text content starts at the same point at the top of the form. |
https://www.aldevron.com/crispr-rnp | Please confirm if the page is in scope and what will be the format? | <Niraj - 31Oct>: You could sunset the page but keep the page (update in the sheet) in a bucket such that we can use the content, if required. <Pardeep - 31 Oct>: If this page is to be sunset, do you mean to keep it in hubspot for reusing the content or shall we still migrate the page to Franklin? |

Color scheme for Aldevron pages | Different pages in Aldevron have different colors for CTA, Bullets, table headings etc. Can we make it consistent? | <Discussion with Dave and Niraj on 16,17-Oct> GSPANN team to consider the colour scheme for pages (including bullets, table headers, CTA, accordion headers) based on whether the pages fall in category of Plasmids, Enzymes or mRNA. Business to provide list of pages that fall in each of the categories. Default - orange #e4703 Plasmids - red #d1222b Proteins - green #78a12e mRNA - purple #6f2a8e |
Contact Us Page | Person image in contact us block is to be removed or not? | <Pardeep: 24-Oct>: Shared with Niraj contact us block view with and without the image being authored. |
Aldevron Assets migration to Franklin | Decide where to migrate the assets from Hubspot | <Dave : 02-Nov> Option 1 – Migrate the Assets to Franklin SharePoint Pros: The assets will be in the same location as the web content and matched together Cons: You will have assets in both HubSpot and SharePoint and if assets are updated, deleted, or added, then you would need to update in two places for now Option 2 – Keep the Assets in HubSpot Pros: The assets will be in the same location as the CRM content and only one place to update Cons: If you must delete/remove an asset or update (say for legal reasons) then you would need to go into Franklin to update the pages with the new asset Option 3 – Move the Assets to AEM DAM Pros: This should be the long-term goal. In the future we could have the benefit of the AEM DAM, set up the connector to Franklin Cons: Additional time in the migration, setting up the connector to Franklin, planning for the connectors to HubSpot. <Niraj : 03-Nov > Thanks, Dave. Jeff and I discussed at length, and we would like to get to option 3 finally. AEM DAM is included in the scope of this project and overall option 3 is the most sustainable and long-term solution. Till we get to that point, we are ok with option 1. |
Menu Redesign | Discussion on new navigation links. No new layout design and no new blocks to be introduced as part of new menu. | <Dave : 03-Nov> There is a home page change required within this. ~75% of the blue pages currently exist on the website and need to be updated. The written sections of the website (in blue) are pages that are written in Word, but are not yet published, so this data would need to be copied into Franklin directly instead of a page. The content would fix into the current design of the website, if something in the Word documents don’t fit into the current blocks/components then we would compromise and add. Pages marked in green are existing pages and will be copied from the current HubSpot. Plan is to migrate the current content and structure and then remap to the proposed structure. Current website structure: nav.docx Almost all pages will move to a new URL, but most customers are organic. Redirects for the new locations will have to be in place and all pages mapped to their new location Current Navigation: Platforms Services Products About Us Resources Proposed Navigation: Custom Manufacturing: (replaces https://www.aldevron.com/platforms ) Quality Grades: (new top level page – subpages exist) Catalog Products: https://www.aldevron.com/products Advances Facilities: (new top level page – subpages exist) About Us: https://www.aldevron.com/about-us Resources: https://www.aldevron.com/resources |
