pyCalliper

A grain-size measurement assitant. It is written in Python and use scikits-image for pictures processing.

Install from git

git clone https://github.com/hchauvet/pyCalliper.git

You need to install "scipy, numpy, matplolib, scikit-image, and wxPython"

then run

python3 ./pyCalliper
