Don't worry if you find my name tricky to pronounce—I'm not easily offended. Friends and colleagues often call me Harsimran, Maan, or simply HSM.
As a dedicated Liverpool FC supporter, I rarely miss a game. If you’ve discovered me through my prediction about Liverpool winning the league buried in a seed passphrase at a datacenter in Germany—yes, that was me (and yes, I was right and I enjoy my work too).
I’m passionate about open source and open collaboration. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully introduced engineering and collaboration practices to enterprises, especially within multi-cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP. I’ve also contributed to the Kubernetes ecosystem and have a strong focus on IAM and security.
My achievements are deeply rooted in the support I’ve received from family, friends, colleagues, and the vibrant open-source community. I've had the privilege of mentoring engineers, advising startups, and volunteering at nonprofits—one of which led me to meet my wonderful wife.
