Your job is to make sure everyone else knows what their jobs are.
- Set up poll for next meeting date (I used doodle)
- confirm meeting date and location ~1 week from meeting
- Make Agenda (anticipated topics for the upcoming meeting)
- encourage other organizers to fill in
- for timelines of tasks, see hackseq2018 timeline
- lead group through proposed agenda
- take detailed notes for minutes
- make sure to include discussion points, decisions
- assign discussed tasks to individuals and note down
- try to set deadlines for each task (e.g. by next meeting)
- don't forget to discuss time of next meeting
- clean up minutes
- make check list of tasks with a header per person
- open new issue for next meeting with doodle (see prior to meeting)
Keep an eye on other discussions and issues to take note of topics that need to be covered in person at meetings
