This PR implements a countdown-based auto-redirect on VID Auth Component with the following features:

10-second countdown for automatic redirection to the wallet.
Cancel button to stop redirection and return to wallet.
Proceed Now button to immediately redirect to the wallet.
Minimal styling for loader and buttons to enhance UX.
