Removed the mandatory config parameter from YagnaProvider. Added functions to `useYagna`'s export to set/unset/see the app-key. BREAKING CHANGE: YagnaProvider can now be used without a yagna app-key. The key can now be set using the `useYagna` hook.
BREAKING CHANGE: The `useDebitNotes` and `useHandleDebitNote` hooks were removed
