As a result of analysis performed in #6
document was created which suggests creating new method "Status" in erc20_payment_lib: https://www.notion.so/golemnetwork/erc20_payment_lib-integration-API-review-bb14fd0d39df44599a1d180ab7d288a2?pvs=4

Acceptance Criteria:

Implement Status method which will return states of erc20_payment_lib
Create API for statuses
