Suppression de l'action de création automatique de PR pour la mise à jour des modules
Pourquoi ?
Beaucoup de notifications et de PR créées, résultat on n'y fait plus attention et ça gène les utilisateurs. Si l'on veut être alerté des failles de sécurité liées au modules pas mis à jour il y a l'onglet Security de github.
