Mise à jour des appels à l'API Entreprise pour utiliser la version 3: https://entreprise.api.gouv.fr/developpeurs/openapi

Pourquoi ?
Parce que la version 2 de l'API n'est plus disponible et les appels ne sont donc plus compatible.
Comment ?
En adaptant la gestion des réponses aux appels "Entreprise", "Établissement" et "Exercice".
