Correction de l'intégration des logos et texte de l'entête
Pourquoi ?
La mention "République Française" n'apparaissait plus et le logo du Marché un peu petit.
Comment ?
En retirant "SITE_CONFIG" qui n'était finalement pas très utile et générait de nouvelles requêtes SQL pour être exposé (context processor : "dsfr.context_processors.site_config")
