Quoi ?
Import des nouvelles SEP et mise à jour des champs "Email", "Téléphone" pour celle qui n'ont pas encore d'utilisateur.
Les SEP sont désormais séparées par secteur d'activité pour avoir les informations de contact par secteur.
Pourquoi ?
Pour avoir des données sur les SEP à jour autant que possible.
Comment ?
Management Command Django d'import depuis un fichier CSV, avec une option "dry-run" pour tester l'impact.
Il a deux fichiers csv correspondant aux SEP et aux SEP externe.
