Inversement de l'ordre des boutons dans le DOM. Lors d'un appuie sur la touche "Entrée" dans un champs texte, le formulaire est envoyé comme le premier bouton de type "submit" trouvé.
Dans notre cas, il s'agissait du bouton "Étape précédente", et sans sauvegarde..
