Adds ability to use Shibboleth (or in fact other $_SERVER env based authentication mechanisms such as mod_auth_mellon) for authentication.
Work in progress, and needs documentation inc. (current) caveats on UseCanonicalName use, ACS-es and ServerAlias (if after authentication user is redirected to primary ServerName you may currently lose the realm).
