Clean up downloaded and extracted files after the plugin is installed

Description

In this PR I added a tiny feature to the plugin install command to clean up downloaded and extracted files after installing the plugin. I also added a flag (--cleanup=bool) to let the user choose if they want to clean up after install or not.
