MDCTool

This is a tool that uses a port of Matthew Kaufman's MDC Encode/Decode project (https://github.com/atmatthewat/mdc-encode-decode). The tool implements various things to encode and decode MDC1200 packets through the soundcard on a regular PC.

The tool uses the C# NAudio framework for audio handling.
