Comment out figures or ROIs, etc.
Background subtraction using DFF; plot circles around ROIs in realtime as detected spiking with Byron’s spike detector. Should be run in the folder with .mat files; should contain a folder ‘roi’ with the Spontaneous_Data.mat file from Byron’s script, and a folder ‘image_roi’ with the ROI coordinates matrix from Will’s script.
Nathan and I went through the code and tested every step with the artificial dataset from Nathan; - Now looping through all ROI-pairs (loop through J’s also in line 112) - Now also sorts columns of ROIindex matrix (line 249) - Used new color range parameter in plotting the circular graphs
Includes example script that finds all plumes in a video, and saves an extracted dff video and a pixel center of mass image.
Checked and corrected BustStartEndTimes and SortedSpikeAnalysis with Nathan Made scripts to analyse sleep bursting in Jeff’s ephys data similar to imaging data
many, many changes, should update more often!
